Katie Hopkins has poked fun at Katie Price naming her latest child Bunny by posting a rude joke.

The former 'Apprentice' star took to her Twitter account to slam the six week old's name by joking that her rabbit-based moniker was very apt after the ex-glamour model's husband Kieran Hayler cheated on Price with her friends Jane Pountney and Chrissy Thomas.

She tweeted: "Bunny? BUNNY? Makes sense I guess, given your dad was going at it like a rabbit with all of mum's mates. (sic)"

Price revealed the name of her fifth child Bunny - her second with Kieran - this week and admitted she wanted to call the little one Duchess Kate.

When asked which names were on their shortlist, she said: "Lady, Disney, Precious, Bambi, Ethel, Peggy.

"I wanted to call her Duchess Kate or just Duchess, but Kieran didn't like that, so we've chosen Bunny, which we both like."

Last year, Hopkins caused controversy when she admitted she wouldn't want her three children, India, nine, Poppy, seven, and four-year-old Max, to play with children who have names such as Chardonnay, Tyler and Chantelle.

She said: "I think you can tell a great deal from a name.

"For me, there’s certain names that I hear and I think 'urgh'.

"For me, a name is a shortcut of finding out what class a child comes from and makes me ask, 'Do I want my children to play with them?'

"When I hear screeched across the playground, '“Tyler! Come back ‘ere.' It’s the Tylers, the Charmains the Chantelles, the Chardonnays."

Earlier this year, Katie took to her Twitter to reveal she was going to divorce Kieran after finding out about his infidelity.

But she has since stuck by him as he has undergone therapy for sex addiction, and she now insists the pair are back together and are considering renewing their vows later this year, but only if he passes a lie detector test.

She told OK! magazine: "He knows without a doubt that if he didn't pass on one question then he'd be out."

Price also has 12-year-old son Harvey from her previous relationship with Dwight Yorke and nine-year-old son Junior and seven-year-old daughter Princess Tiaamii from her failed marriage to Peter Andre.
