Kylie Jenner reportedly feels she's "living in the shadows" of her sister Kendall.

The 17-year-old star is allegedly starting to feel left out following her older sibling's recent modelling success and believes she's no longer getting as much attention from her family as Kendall, 18, is getting right now.

A source told RadarOnline.com: "Living in the shadows of her sister Kendall's incredibly successful modelling career is hard on Kylie.

"Everyone in the family gives all of the attention to Kendall. She feels like the other Jenner. The whole family always just focuses on Kendall right now and it is sad. It seems like it is really starting to affect Kylie emotionally."

However, Kylie has started taking lessons with Willow Smith's singing coach Tim Carter as she's keen to make it as a pop star and become the next Katy Perry.

A source said previously: "Kylie has found her calling in life -- to be a singer! Kylie is now working on her first single! She is telling everyone that she knows she is going to be the next Katy Perry. "She is in training right now with vocal coach and producer, Tim Carter. Kylie has a great voice." The brunette beauty also hopes her brother-in-law Kanye West, who is married to her older half-sister Kim Kardashian West, will assist her in the recording studio.

The source added: "She realised that she can't compete with Kendall when it comes to modelling. So she has chosen to turn to music."
