Blake Lively is craving "organic hand-churned pumpkin-flavoured ice cream".

The former 'Gossip Girl' actress is pregnant with her first child and has husband Ryan Gosling attending to her every need, including late-night shop visits to pick up her favourite foods and regular massages.

A source told heat magazine: "She sends Ryan out in the middle of the night for organic hand-churned pumpkin-flavoured ice cream and small-batch pickles.

"He barely has five hours sleep and even when he gets in bed she asks for hour-long foot and neck massages."

Blake recently celebrated a joint baby shower with two of her pregnant friends and shared intimate photos from the bash on her lifestyle website Preserve.

She also admitted she has "so much to do" before her giving birth to her first child.

In a blog post titled 'Bringing Up Baby,' the 'Savages' star confessed she enjoyed letting her hair down before getting to grips with the realities of motherhood, writing: "With a new baby on the way there is so much to do! But before experiencing the joy of 3am screams, seemingly impossible amounts of poop and having a favorite shirt covered in reflux... there are presents to open, onesies to dye, there is cake to serve, advice to be shared and all around celebration to be had. And that we did..."

The blonde beauty also showed off her growing baby bump and photographs of nieces and nephews playing at the small garden party.

The actress received a number of wooden gifts, including an elephant and a toy camera, for her unborn baby, as well as a batch of luxurious lotions, creams and oils for herself.
