Kendra Wilkinson was reduced to tears because of her husband Hank Baskett's "severe depression".

The 29-year-old beauty, who married Hank in 2009 and has two children with the former American football star - Hank, four, and Alijah Mary, six months - revealed she wishes she was more supportive of her husband's battle with depression.

Asked about her life regrets, the former Playboy bunny - who is currently appearing on British reality TV show 'I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here!' - said: "The only thing I can really say is not paying attention to severe depression with my husband, I wished to god I had.

"There is such a thing as depression you know and even a big guy like you, you have to hear people's cries and I didn't.

"He came to bed so many times crying and I wasn't there for him."

The couple's relationship has come under severe strain in recent months after it was alleged that Hank, 32, had cheated on his wife with with a transsexual.

Kendra recently shared: "We're working things out. We're pretty much taking it day by day, minute by minute.

"We're just trying to really work on trust, and work on our communication, and just kind of heal from all the things that have been out there. It's been a long, hard, extremely difficult couple of months."
