Kate Upton serenaded Jamie Foxx with a rendition of 'Happy Birthday' on Saturday night.

The 22-year-old beauty channelled her inner Marilyn Monroe - who famously sang 'Happy Birthday, Mr. President ' to then-US President John F. Kennedy in May 1962 - by performing a sexy version of the tune as the 'Django Unchained' star turned 47 at Avenue in New York City.

According to the New York Post's Page Six column, Jamie spotted Kate and her boyfriend, professional baseball pitcher Justin Verlander, in the nightclub and "told the DJ to turn off the music to announce their arrival".

A source told the publication the star didn't hesitate in picking up the microphone to blast out the tune for Jamie's birthday and she also “asked the crowd to help sing along".

Jamie was all smiles as the Sports Illustrated model celebrated his birthday with him, and the actor was later presented with a cake which was decorated to look like a microphone and featured the words "Happy Birthday, Jamie!"

Earlier in the evening, the Hollywood star also celebrated his birthday with his 'Anne' co-star Quvenzhané Wallis and his family and friends at plush restaurant Bodega Negra.

Jamie later took to his Instagram to post a picture of himself with the 11-year-old actress and his pal Conrad Hilton who were all wearing fake moustaches, and the birthday boy was proudly sporting a sombrero.

He captioned the image: "Had a blast last night celebrating my birthday with good friends and family. #mustachegang@iamquvenzhane @conradhiltonhiphop (sic)"
