Paul Walker's father is suing his late friend Roger Rodas' family.
Paul Walker III, has filed legal documents in a bid to recoup the late actor's $1.8 million collection of exotic cars from the Rodas' estate after both men were killed in the same car crash last year.

According to the court papers, Paul Sr. claims the Rodas family has numerous vehicles belonging to his son or partially owned by Paul, who co-owned a performance and racing shop, Always Evolving, with Roger before their deaths.
The Rodas' family has already rejected the claim, according to gossip website TMZ.com, so a judge will have to make the final decision on the matter.
Paul and Roger died instantly after the latter lost control of a Porsche Carrera GT in Santa Clarita, California, causing the vehicle to hit a pole and a tree before it burst into flames in November 2013.
Paul Sr. previously admitted he still feels the star's presence every day.
He said: "There was always a lot of laughing in this house. I feel his presence every day.
"Paul just radiated love and you can't fake that. Paul had a really good heart. I thought, 'How did I deserve such a wonderful son?' "
