Camille Grammer feels "blessed" to have been cancer-free for a year.
The 'Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' star - who has children Mason, 13, and 10-year-old Jude with ex-husband Kelsey Grammer - underwent a hysterectomy and chemotherapy after being diagnosed with early stage endometrial cancer in 2013 and is delighted to have reached a milestone in her recovery.

She tweeted on Saturday "This is a very special day for me. A year ago today I finished my Cancer treatment at MD Anderson and Rang The Bell. One year in Remission.(sic)"
She also told E! News: "I'm reaching milestones all the time and just trying to get myself back.
"With cancer, you never really feel like you're in the clear but I feel good and I have a sense that things are going to be OK. I'm relieved, I'm happy and I feel blessed."
To celebrate, Camille, 46, is enjoying a vacation in Hawaii and admits her 2015 has begun very differently to how 2014 started.
She explained: "It's an amazing start to the new year...
"Last year, I was too sick from the chemo to celebrate New Year's Eve. This year, I went to two parties. It was the best New Year's I've had in years. There was a lot of hugs and dancing."
Camille is proud of how she has overcome the disease and is particularly happy to set a good example to her daughter.
She said: "Overall, I'm happy. I'm fulfilled and I'm in a great place in life.
"I'm so happy I could show my daughter what it is to be a strong woman."
