Jennie Garth is dating David Abrams.

A source told Us Weekly magazine they were introduced by mutual friends but "they met briefly once before a couple years ago."

The couple also spent the festive season together and the former 'Mystery Girls' star, who has three daughters, Luca, 16, Lola, 10, and Fiona, seven, with Peter, has already introduced David to her parents.

Jennie has enjoyed several romances since her marriage ended.

She dated businessman Michael Shimbo for several months until November 2013 after splitting from musician Jeremy Salker in January that year.

The blonde beauty admitted last year that it took her a while to get over her divorce.

She said: "I think that for anybody that's going through bad times in their life, it's really important to let yourself just fall apart -- it's the putting yourself back together that's really important.

"And [not] just being able to put yourself back together, but to pick up each piece of you and look at it and put it back the way you want it -- and not just the way it went. You know, kind of re-put yourself back together in a new way -- [that's] a good goal."
