Amanda Bynes will remain under the conservatorship of her mother.

The 28-year-old actress is "doing well" under the care of Lynn Bynes - who was put in charge of her affairs for the second time last November after the 'Easy A' star underwent a stint in a psychiatric hospital - and a judge ruled at a hearing yesterday that the arrangement will continue until the next hearing on June 23.

Her attorney David Esquibias told 'Access Hollywood':

"I am glad the arrangement is continuing. The legal process is working in Amanda's favour. She's doing well."

The hearing comes a few weeks after it was ruled Amanda

will not be charged with driving under the influence (DUI).

The troubled actress was arrested in the early hours of September 28 2014 but the Los Angeles City Attorney's Office have now opted not to press charges but "after much deliberation and review", her case is being forwarded along to the L.A. County District Attorney's Office as a possible probation violation.

The 'She's the Man' star's arrest came just six months after she had got her driving license back after it was suspended by the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) in September 2012 following two alleged hit-and-run incidents that year, though the charges were later dismissed.

The 'Hairspray' actress was also charged with DUI in April 2012 after she hit a police car in West Hollywood, but the charge was dropped in February 2014 and she was sentenced to three years of probation for reckless driving as part of a plea deal.

The DMV restored her licence last April following three months of alcohol education classes as part of her plea deal.
