When complimented on her fit figure, the blonde beauty, who also has two-year-old son Brooks with husband Scott Stuber, said: "I'm trying! Breastfeeding, multitasking. It is hard."
The 'Carrie Diaries' star, who also runs her own lifestyle website, feels "so blessed" to have a little girl, as she found it more difficult to get pregnant a second time.
She told 'The View': "It was a little bit hard to get her and I'm so blessed. It's exhausting and magical and so fun."
Molly does a lot of "super-mama multitasking" because she started working from home after Brooks was born.
She explained: "I moved my office in when I had Brooks, I have almost a 3-year-old. And I was like I'm doing this, and that's what it takes to be close to them."
While the 'Yes Man' star isn't completely happy with her body, the star previously admitted she had a much healthier pregnancy with Scarlett.
She said: 'With Brooks I gained almost 80 pounds, I was swollen and retaining fluid, and I had bad melasma and acne. But since I'd never been pregnant before I didn't know - I just thought this was how it was supposed to be.
"With baby number two, I've only gained about half of that and I've felt much more energetic. My melasma hasn't gotten bad, and, the best part, I haven't had a single blemish."
