Bar Refaeli is getting married in September

The 30-year-old model will reportedly tie the knot with businessman Adi Ezra - who she got engaged to in March after around a year of dating - in Haira, northern Israel, after the Jewish holiday of Rosh Hashanah.

According E! News, the couple will marry in a famous hotel in an "extremely rich" area of the city, while Israeli singer Sholmi Shabbat will perform at the nuptials.

Bar - who was previously married to Arik Weinstein and dated Leonardo DiCaprio recently admitted 40-year-old Adi's proposal came as a complete surprise.

She said: "Obviously I said 'yes'! It was very surprising but we were very happy...Everything fits and everything is just right."

The pair were introduced by mutual friends just over a year ago and have been inseparable ever since.

And while she may be one of the world's most successful models, Bar and her fiancé don't want a typically showbiz wedding.

She explained: "[We want a] very simple wedding: not a lot of people, not in a big place, maybe outdoors, barefoot ..."

And the stunning star previously admitted she wants a large family with Adi, who is the chairman of food distributor Neto ME Holdings.

She said: "I think this will be a decade of family...I come from a family of four children. A lot of mums could read this and think, 'Yeah, try having one first'. Hopefully, I'll have a big family, but I'll take it one by one."
