Tyga is being sued for going to too many clubs

The 25-year-old rapper reportedly signed a contract with Z Entertainment to receive $25,000 for a performance at Body English last summer, and within the agreement was a clause which stated he was unable to perform anywhere else in Las Vegas a week before or a month after the show.

However, documents obtained by TMZ state Tyga - who is dating Kylie Jenner - has breached the radius clause by jumping on stage at another venue the night before his Body English gig.

And Z Entertainment have also accused the star of not appearing for a gig in Santa Monica last November.

They are seeking $100,000 in damages.

The case is the latest lawsuit Tyga has been hit with, after he was recently sued by two separate landlords for not paying his rent.

Last week, his Calabasas landlord accused him of failing to pay two months rent on his house, landing him in arrears of $50,000.

However, the 'Rack City' hitmaker later claimed he was buying the property, had laid down a $200,000 deposit a year ago and was then allowed to move in rent-free during escrow, a situation the landlord disputed.

And in June, he was ordered to pay a second landlord $80,000 in back rent.

Tyga was in arrears to the owner of his former Calabasas, California, home and was warned in a court hearing that he had to pay up by June 29.

If he missed the deadline, he would have had to pay the full amount owed, which came to $124,000 when interest on the late payments was taken into account.
