Caitlyn Jenner has blasted "idiot" Kris Humphries

The 65-year-old star hit out at step-daughter Kim Kardashian West's ex-husband for his comments following Caitlyn's interview with Diane Sawyer announcing she is transgender.

In a tweet in April, Kris said: "Man, I'm glad I got out when I did. (sic)"

In a clip from the latest episode of 'I Am Cait', Caitlyn has a heart-to-heart with Kourtney Kardashian's ex Scott Disick to get a male perspective on her transition.

Scott says: "I mean, I definitely think it's a lot different for me than a buddy, you know ... because you've been in my life a long time, you're part of my kids' life.

"So I mean, to be completely honest, I don't know if every man in the world is going to be as comfortable as I am."

Caitlyn then responds scolding Kris, saying: "Kind of like Kris Humphries?

"Kris 'Idiot' Humphries tweets: 'Thank god I got out that family in time.' And just got absolutely ripped to where four hours later he had to do an apology."

Caitlyn adds: "I've got too many friends, too many things to do, I don't need haters in my life."

Kris, 30, was married to Kim for just 72 days in 2011.
