Chloe Grace Moretz wants to run for president.

The 18-year-old actress admits she has political ambitions and hasn't ruled out running for office in the future.

She said: "I'm ready, guys, youngest female president ever! I don't know...maybe not president. I might just be a senator. We'll see."

Chloe has a "good core group of friends" but isn't a fan of "squads" as she thinks they are too "exclusive" and she'd rather be open to as many people as possible.

She explained to the new issue of Nylon magazine: "I agree with having a good core group of friends, but the issue I have with squads is it creates exclusivity.

"I was never included in those things when I was a kid. I was the weird one that chose to do movies, so now I go out of my way to be nice to people and make them feel included."

The '5th Wave' star also spoke of her belief that society has too many labels and segregation and doesn't think race, gender or sexuality should ever be an issue.

She said: "The problem is we live in a society where we have to say the words, 'I'm coming out.' No one should care what your sexual orientation is, what color your skin is, or if you're a man or a woman. "We shouldn't be using these terms to create more labels and segregate us further apart than we already are." The blonde star has enjoyed working on the upcoming 'Bad Neighbours' sequel with Zac Efron and Seth Rogen as the two actors have been very "respectful" towards their female castmates. She said: "If any of the women ever feel there's something inappropriate, we speak up, and they will never push the boundaries with us--they've been really respectful."
