Jade Thirlwall has confirmed she has a boyfriend.

The Little Mix singer, who is rumoured to be dating The Struts bassist Jed Elliott, admitted she is in a relationship during a comical exchange on live TV in which her bandmate Leigh-Anne Pinnock completely forgot she was taken.

During a conversation about going out on the girl group's upcoming 'The Get Weird Tour', Jesy Nelson revealed Perrie Edwards - who split from her fiancé Zayn Malik last summer - intends to be "naughty" on the band's upcoming shows.

Speaking on breakfast show 'Good Morning Britain', the star explained: "She turned round to me today and said, 'I'm going to be naughty on this tour'."

The blonde beauty replied: "No, no you can take that the wrong way! I mean like on the last tour I'd just go straight to my bunk, go to bed and I wouldn't go out, I wouldn't party or anything, and now I'm like, 'Yeah!' "

Referring to Jade and Perrie - who were both born in South Shields, north east England - Leigh-Anne then began chanting: "Single Geordies alone together, single Geordies..."

But an embarrassed Jade was quick to interject, saying: "I'm not single!"

Leigh-Anne immediately apologised, saying: "My bad, very new, very new here. Sorry. I forgot!"

The group might not have that much energy to party on their upcoming tour as it looks set to push them to their limits.

Leigh-Anne said: "We're going to need a physio on this tour. It's going to be so full-on."
