Tom Parker wants Victoria and David Beckham to come to his wedding.

The 'Glad You Came' hitmaker met the Beckhams when his band The Wanted performed at their son Romeo's 10th birthday party in 2012 and would love for the retired soccer star and fashion designer - who also have Brooklyn, 17, Cruz, 11, and four-year-old Harper - to attend his forthcoming nuptials to fiancée Kelsey Hardwick.

Tom, 27, exclusively told BANG showbiz: "I'm definitely going to invite the Beckhams to my wedding. I love them. We did Romeo's birthday a couple of years ago so that was such an unbelievable experience - they're such a nice family so that would be cool if they could come. They'll definitely be getting an invite. "

The hunky singer - who plans on getting married in 2017 - is a massive soccer fan and idolises the former England captain.

He added: "David Beckham is literally my idol. When I was growing up I used to love football, well I still do, but I used to buy all these football boots and I genuinely thought I was David Beckham."

Tom is planning on inviting lots of stars to his wedding including Justin Bieber - who shared the same manager Scooter Braun as his band - but he doubts the pop superstar will come.

He said: "Well, we were signed to the same management company and we all got really close when we signed there so, yeah, if he turns up that will be great. But I won't be holding my breath with that one. "

However, he's hoping former 'The Only Way Is Essex' star James 'Arg' Argent and his girlfriend Lydia Bright will accept the invite after he competed with Arg on TV's 'The Jump'.

He shared: "We got on like a house on fire. All them people from 'The Jump' will be getting an invite to the wedding, definitely."
