Beyoncé surprised fans when she mysteriously cancelled her upcoming concert in Nashville.

The 'Run The World' hitmaker has confirmed she is planning to reschedule her concert at the Nissan Stadium in the Tennessee city, which was due to take place on Thursday May 5, only days after she kicked off her Formation world tour.

Her spokesperson told E! News: "Following Wednesday's sold out opening night Formation World Tour concert in Miami, promoters Live Nation announced that the Nashville concert previously scheduled for Thursday, May 5 will be rescheduled.

"Details about the rescheduled date will be announced shortly and Nashville tickets holders are advised to retain their tickets which will be honored at the rescheduled event."

The 34-year-old singer will appear in Tampa, Florida on Saturday evening (30.04.15) and her dates in Atlanta, Georgia and Raleigh, North Carolina next week will still go ahead as planned.

Meanwhile, Beyoncé has been plagued by allegations that her husband Jay Z has cheated on her after she referenced infidelity in her new album 'Lemonade'.

However, on the opening night of her tour in Miami on Wednesday (27.04.16), she paid tribute to her "beautiful husband", dedicating a rendition of her love song 'Halo' to him.

During the event, the 'XO' beauty also praised her four-year-old daughter Blue Ivy and the rest of her family, telling the crowd: "I want to dedicate this song to my family. Thank you guys for supporting me. Blue, I love you so much.

"We were driving to rehearsal today and Blue said 'Mummy, are we going to your work?' And it reminded me that I dreamed of this day my whole life."

Wowing fans with her energetic dance moves and superb vocals, Beyoncé also reserved a part of her show to remember Prince, who died last week, singing his hit song 'Purple Rain'.
