Kieran Hayler has gotten a tattoo of his "guardian angel" wife Katie Price inked on his leg.

The former stripper had the permanent tribute to show his dedication to the ex-glamour model - with whom he has children Jett, two, and Bunny, 21 months - and to show how much he respects her for forgiving him after he cheated on her with two of her close pals, including her best friend Jade Pountney.

Discussing why he wanted to get the piece of Katie - which was based on a 2008 photo of her launching her lingerie line at UK retailer Asda - he added: "Basically after all the issues that have gone on between me and Kate, I wanted to portray her as a guardian angel. She has helped me through my troubles and I wanted to show her that I think she is an angel to me."

The 29-year-old hunk - who shared the picture of his new body art exclusively to OK! magazine - admitted having the inking done hurt but says "nothing compared" to the heartache and "pain" he put the former glamour model through with his discrepancies.

Asked if it was worth the pain, he said: "The pain I went through while having the tattoo was nothing compared to the pain Kate went through when I cheated on her two years ago. So I think I deserved to go through that pain!"

Meanwhile, 38-year-old Katie - who also has children Harvey, 13, Junior, 10, and Princess, eight, from past relationships - admitted she was very "shocked" by the piece on Kieran's calf.

Speaking on UK TV show 'Loose Women' on Monday (23.05.16), she said: "He's been promising it for two years. It was actually his idea but I just said he needs more on his leg, because he's not a tattooey man.

"I was shocked, he picked the picture and everything."
