Kim Kardashian West paid tribute to the "love of her life" Kanye West as they celebrated their second anniversary.

The couple - who wed at the Forte di Belvedere in Florence in 2014 - returned to Italy to mark two years of wedded bliss.

Taking to Instagram, she wrote: "Happy 2 year anniversary to the love of my life! You make me so happy! I love you so much!!! (sic)"

Meanwhile, the 35-year-old television personality - who has North, two, and Saint, five months, with the 'Only One' hitmaker - previously admitted she had "a little bit of a pregnancy scare" when she was 38,000 feet in the air flying home from Disneyland.

Taking a video inside the bathroom onboard the airplane and uploading it to Snapchat, she told her fans: "I'm legit in the airplane bathroom taking a pregnancy test because I'm having a little bit of a scare."

However, Kim's mind was soon put at ease when the test came back negative, although Kanye may not be as pleased as it was previously revealed that he would love to have more children.

Recalling a conversation she had with him, she shared: "I said no way. I was so set on my two kids and how happy I was with my life the way that it is, but Kanye has been mentioning it every single day for the past 10 days. I'm like why is he doing this to me?!"

And with Kim suffering a "difficult" pregnancy both times due to her placenta accreta, it is no surprise she is happy to stop at two kids.

She said previously: "The pregnancy, I wouldn't really wish that upon anyone. Anyone. It's all worth it in the end, so I would definitely suffer through that, but pregnancy was not a good experience for me. At all."
