Sophie Turner gets life advice from Jennifer Lawrence.

The 20-year-old actress was welcomed with open arms when she joined the cast of 'X-Men: Apocalypse' and particularly enjoyed hanging out with the Oscar-winning star.

She said: "They were already an established cast but they became my best friends.

"Jennifer was so cool. She gave me advice - nothing to do with acting, stuff like how to de-bloat yourself."

And Sophie has just as much fun working on 'Game of Thrones', especially when she's with Maisie Williams, who portrays her on-screen sister Arya Stark, and Alfie Allen, who plays Theon Greyjoy.

She said: "[A typical night out] normally consists of going to a bar and getting pretty trashed. Me, Maisie and Alfie are first on the dancefloor.

"It's so much fun [on set]. Alfie and I play truth or dare. He got me to stand next to the director and say, 'I'd kill for more screen time.' "

Sophie's admires the way her alter ego, Sansa Stark, has changed as the series has progressed.

She said: "She was vulnerable and naive in the beginning - a bit like me - but the hardships she has gone through have made her a stronger person.

"She still comes out fighting. I admire her for that. I love badass women."

And despite having a number of harrowing storylines, including a rape at the hands of sadistic husband Ramsay Bolton (Iwan Rheon), Sophie never gets affected by the dark plotlines.

She told Glamour magazine: "I find it easy to distance myself. Between takes, the cast always bring the good energy back."
