Selena Gomez has crashed her car.

The 23-year-old singer songwriter accidentally reversed her vehicle into a wire fence following a pampering session at Nine Zero One in West Hollywood with the 'Glee' actress Lea Michele on Wednesday.

However, the 'Good For you' hitmaker was unharmed, according to MailOnline.

Meanwhile, the brunette beauty - who was recently revealed as the most-followed person on Instagram - has admitted she hasn't done anything in particular to attract 89 million followers.

She said: "It comes in a moment when I capture something happening, and I go, 'Oh, that would be great for Instagram. I should post it.' I know it's boring, but that's genuinely what I do.

"It wasn't my goal to be the most followed person. It's my favourite social platform.

"I'm not sure there's a method to my madness. I go, 'Oh, that would be great for Instagram.' "

The 'Come and Get It' singer likes to find a "balance" between flattering photos and natural ones that offer a glimpse into her life.

She said: "I try to find a good balance of just being 100 percent myself and knowing when to post a really good selfie with good lighting."

A recent post of Selena eating an ice lolly and riding a shopping cart inside a Canadian supermarket led some fans to speculate that her pictures are actually staged.

However, she insists it was a genuine moment, but captured by her tour photographer who had joined her on an outing.

She said: "I've created this bond with him, so it's super organic when he takes photos.

"We were in the grocery store, all shopping for the bus, and I always eat when I shop. I remember one of the comments said, 'I cannot believe she rented out the grocery store for a photo shoot,' and I died laughing. I was like, 'Well, I didn't.' "
