Perrie Edwards has enjoyed a date with Luke Pasqualino.

The Little Mix singer and the former 'Skins' actor enjoyed a trip to see 'Aladdin' in London's West End before partying the night away at nightclub Mahiki.

A source told the Daily Mirror: "It was their first date, but things are going well.

"They met on a night out and really hit it off, then arranged to meet up - and it seemed like they had lots of fun.

"Hopefully, it blossoms into something more."

Luke, 26, has also starred in 'The Musketeers' on BBC One and has recently been filming 'Our Girl' with Michelle Keegan.

Perrie's date with Luke will no doubt come as a surprise to her former fiancé Zayn Malik, who previously revealed he would love for the hunky star to play him in a movie about his life.

He said: "I always say the same person, but I always forget his name.

I know his name's Luke. ... He was in the British 'Skins'; he plays Freddie."

And Luke responded to say he would jump at the chance.

Zayn, 23, reportedly dumped Perrie, 23, last year via text after four years together but later penned the single 'It's You' about the 'Black Magic' hitmaker.

He said at the time: "I just felt like I needed to put myself out there on that just because it was a form of therapy for me and it did help get me through some stuff."
