Samantha Fox wants to strip off for Playboy magazine to celebrate turning 50

The legendary British glamour model retired from posing for Page 3 - a feature created by The Sun newspaper in 1970 consisting of a photograph of a beautiful model exposing her breasts - in 1986.

Fox only returned to glamour for a one-off appearance in the British tabloid newspaper in 1995 at the age of 29 to celebrate the 25th anniversary of Page 3.

The busty blonde beauty has resisted the lure to go back to the industry that made her a household name but since reaching the landmark age back in April she has been contemplating unveiling her boobs again in the pages of Hugh Hefner's iconic publication to celebrate her body.

In an interview on UK TV show 'Loose Women', she said: "I wouldn't do Page 3 again, I'm too old for that. But I would do Playboy. Joan Collins, Farrah Fawcett did it at 50, a lot of people did it at 50, so I would be up for that but in a very classy way. I'd have no problems with that."

Fox - who has enjoyed a successful pop career since quitting modelling - is riding high once again after making it to the last week of reality TV show 'Celebrity Big Brother' and she has revealed that her fellow housemates were mesmerised by her breasts which have "defied gravity" and are still as bouncy and bountiful as ever.

Speaking previously, she said: "My boobs had more of an effect on the women than the men. It was funny because in the loo there was many a time when the girls would get changed and we'd see each other's boobies and all the girls said I have great boobies.

"They couldn't believe at 50 that my boobies defied gravity. It must be all that breast stroke [swimming] I'm doing!"

Starting with the March 2016 issue, Playboy took the editorial decision to drop full frontal nudity from its pages.

Pamela Anderson, 48, was personally chose by Hugh, 90, to be the final nude cover girl, after first gracing the magazine's pages in 1989.
