Britney Spears threw a Pokemon-themed joint birthday party for her sons on Sunday.

The 'Piece of Me' hitmaker's youngest Jayden turned 10 on Monday, and on Wednesday Sean Preston turns 11, so the blonde beauty decided to celebrate them reaching the double digit milestones by putting on a spread inspired by the animated video game.

Taking to Instagram to share a picture of the table covered in Pokemon-inspired treats, she wrote:"Big bday for my boys! Double digits whoop whoop! (sic)"

The 34-year-old beauty - who had the kids with ex-husband Kevin Federline - previously admitted her boys are "addicted" to the game and she's often been out on trips to shopping malls just to catch Pokemon.

She said: "[My kids] are addicted to it. They're constantly talking about it and I'm introduced to these new Pokemon everyday and they're way over my head.

"They got me to go shopping all over the mall to look for Pokemons. I was like, 'Well you know what, it's summer. We have nothing to do today. Let's go look for Pokemon.' "

The mother of two had a busy weekend as on Saturday (10.09.16) she took time out to teach dance to young girls.

Alongside a video of the masterclass posted on Instagram, she wrote: "Teaching these little ones dance brings me so much joy. It's so refreshing being with children.

"You're reminded of the UNKNOWN once again ... let's all keep learning (sic)"

Britney recently admitted her oldest boy thinks he's cleverer than her.

Although she loves to help Jayden with his homework, Sean Preston never wants her input as he doesn't think she can be of much assistance.

She recently said: "I sit and do drawings with Jayden - he's really good at it and I'm horrible.

"I do his homework with him, too, which I love.

"Jayden lets me help him, which Sean Preston never will. He's such a smarty-pants and thinks he's so much more clever than me. I let him think that, but he is actually pretty cool."
