David Beckham broke his tooth during the family ski trip

The 41-year-old former England football captain was reportedly rushed to an emergency dental centre following his trip to Whistler, Canada, after he smashed his incisor in a snowboarding accident and urgently needed to get a replacement fixed on his return home to London.

However, David - who has children Brooklyn, 17, Romeo, 14, Cruz, 12, and five-year-old daughter Harper with his wife Victoria Beckham - was a "trooper" and made "no fuss" about the issue.

Speaking about the sporting hunk's accident to The Sun Online, a source said: "David is a trooper and didn't make a fuss. He took it all in his stride.

'There's no need to panic now that he's lost the good looks that landed him a fortune. But it was a worrying time."

But prior to the fall David had admitted how in love he was with the scenery and the sport, which marked his first time on the board.

Alongside a picture of him wearing a protective helmet whilst on the slopes on his Instagram account, he wrote: "Don't usually post so many but it's so beautiful up here plus having a special time so before anyone else sells pictures of the family I wanted you guys to see them first. Btw my first time ever boarding or even on the slopes (sic)."

However, David wasn't the only one to be in the wars on their winter sports break as his oldest child broke his collarbone whilst on the same trip.

The budding photographer took to social media to show his skills in the snow, but admitted it was after he completed the tricks in the footage the accident took place.

He captioned the clip: "Broke my collarbone at the end (sic)."

And he followed the post with a picture of his X-ray to prove the injury.

However, Brooklyn is not letting it bother him and is openly sharing pictures of him with his arm encased in a sling on the photo-sharing site.

Alongside a picture of him in a mirrored bathroom, which has been edited with a black and white filter, he wrote: "Reflection (sic)."
