Kim Kardashian West called Kanye West an "a**hole" for scarring her in the aftermath of her Paris robbery

The 36-year-old beauty - who was robbed at gunpoint in the French capital in October last year - revealed she suffered a flashback to her traumatic experience in Paris when her chart-topping husband inadvertently startled her when he arrived home late from a gig.

In a conversation with Kris Jenner and her sister Kourtney, Kim explained: "I totally freaked out.

"He always comes up the back stairs. Like, I always know he comes out the stairs that go into my room. But he came up the front stairs, and all I heard were his feet stomping up stairs."

Kim admitted the incident shared similarities with the robbery in Paris, when she was bound and gagged by a group of thieves.

In a new clip from 'Keeping Up with the Kardashians', Kim recalled: "Like, at three in the morning, he came in, and that's the same time the robbery happened. After a concert, he can't hear that well, so I'm going, 'Hello, hello!' Like, exactly what I did [during the robbery], and he's not responding to me because he can't hear me."

Kim started crying and grabbed their three-year-old daughter North West just as Kanye walked through the door.

The curvaceous star said: "He walks in, and I'm like, 'Hello, a**hole.' [I'm] like, 'We've got to come up with a plan. You've got to announce yourself.'"

Kim's confession comes shortly after Kris admitted the Kardashians have increased their security after Kendall Jenner recently had thousands of pounds of jewellery stolen from her home.

The showbiz matriarch revealed that herself and her children - including Kim, Kourtney, Khloe Kardashian, Rob Kardashian, Kendall and Kylie Jenner - are "protected to a crazy level" now in the wake of the burglary.

Kris said: "It's an eye-opener how many people have tried to access our homes. [Now] we're protected to a crazy level."
