Elle King bought her LA home without seeing it in person

But I'm so happy in my new home that I signed a lease with the help of daaaarling @jeffreybillinger without even seeing it in person. I just had good faith. Isn't that life? F**k the toe dip. Jump in right? I'm very happy and feel very lucky. BIGGEST SURPRISE EVER WAS THAT IN MY GARDEN THERE ARE GARDENIAS WHICH IS MY FAVORITE SMELL IN THE WORLD. I cried when I saw them. It's those little signs that we MUST take the time to pay attention to, it's those little checkpoints that let you know you're on the right path. I love you all! Meanwhile, the ‘Ex’s and Oh’s’ hitmaker – was nominated for Best Country Duo/Group Performance for her appearance on Dierks Bentley's track 'Different for Girls' at this year’s Grammy awards – found herself in trouble after she ate a number of “pot muffins” before taking to the red carpet at the ceremony last month.
