Ciara and her husband Russell Wilson have paid a visit to a children's hospital

The 32-year-old singer and her American football star beau - who have six-month-old daughter Sienna together - took a trip to Seattle Children's Hospital this week to visit two special fans named Isaac and Logan, who will be spending the American holiday Thanksgiving (23.11.17) in hospital

Ciara and the Seattle Seahawks quarterback even sang a special "transplant song" to Isaac, to the tune of 'Happy Birthday To You'.

Uploading a video of the adorable song - which was sung by the couple as well as the nursing staff at the facility - to her Instagram account on Wednesday (22.11.17), Ciara wrote: "BIG DAY! HAPPY TRANSPLANT DAY ISAAC!!! Praying For You Angel @DangeRussWilson @SeattleChildrens (sic)"

Russell, 28, also shared a selection of snaps of himself and Ciara - who also has three-year-old son Future Zahir with former partner and rapper Future - alongside the young tot and his mother.

The pictures were captioned: "Transplant Day. Praying for you Isaac!!! @SeattleChildrens @Ciara @WhyNotYouFdn (sic)"

The sports star also gave a shoutout to second patient Logan, as he shared a picture of himself, Ciara, Logan, and his father.

It was captioned: "Logan is one awesome kid!!! @SeattleChildrens @Ciara @WhyNotYouFdn (sic)"

It isn't the first time the pair have visited Seattle Children's Hospital either, as last November, the 'I Bet' singer burst into tears when she met a 20-month-old patient who was said to not have much longer to live.

She said at the time: "Pretty tough for me being a mom, because I didn't even know what to expect when I walked in there and angel baby. We both said prayer. I said a prayer for him and we did handprints and stuff, that was really sweet. So really, really tough time, very special time."
