Gold Coast have continued to beef up their football department with the addition of former Cronulla head of football Phil Moss.
Moss will reunite with new coach Garth Brennan, having served in similar roles with the Sharks, Wests Tigers, Penrith and Parramatta.
His defection from Cronulla continues an extensive clean out of support staff ahead of the 2018 season, while former Brisbane and Melbourne chairman Dennis Watt had also recently joined the club as executive chairman.
Moss said the chance to help Brennan with the Titans' rebuild appealed to him.
"With new owners, new coach and an exciting roster, it's a great time to be joining the Titans," Moss said.
"I've worked previously with Garth Brennan and it'll be great to renew that relationship.
"I've been involved with a few clubs that have gone through a re-building phase and I'm excited about the opportunity at the Titans."
Titans CEO Graham Annesley said Moss would "work closely with head coach Garth Brennan on strategic recruitment and retention as we continue to strengthen our roster".
"Phil has been around the game for a long time and has a wealth of experience," Annesley said.
"We are all very excited about the coming season, and the addition of Phil will only enhance our prospects of future success."
Moss will start his new role on February 5.
