Jane Seymour has been asked "a million times" to do nude scenes

The 67-year-old actress admitted requests for her to strip off have been flooding in since she posed, clothed, for adult publication Playboy earlier this year, and though she's flattered by the "amazing" response, she won't be agreeing any of the deals

She said: "Offers have come in and there has been so much positive reaction.

"I have been asked a million times to take my clothes off, especially in England.

"In English television, you get out of bed and you do not have clothes on. Or you go to the bathroom and it is not even sexual, it is how they do it. I chose not to."

The 'Live and Let Die' actress is proud to have kept her clothes on for Playboy and thinks her "sensual" photos are much more appealing than revealing everything.

She added to the Daily Mirror newspaper: "I have always intimated [nudity], but never shown some areas of my body and it was a choice. Everyone has a choice. I have nothing against it, a lot of people do it. Helen Mirren being one.

"I am the only woman to not be nude in Playboy - three times - and I always maintained that being dressed and being sensual is much more appealing than just baring it all."

Jane - who has four children - recently admitted she feels sexier now than when she was younger.

She said: "I feel much sexier now than I ever did when I was younger. Then I was like, 'Oh gosh, I'm supposed to be sexy. What is that?! There's an enormous freedom in having lived as long as I have.

"Like my father used to say, I'm comfortable in my own skin."

The 'Somewhere in Time' actress - who was previously married to Michael Attenborough, Geoffrey Planer, David Flynn and James Keach - still catches the eye of much younger men and she finds the attention "very flattering".

She said: "I say, 'Oh darn, in another life.' I find that very flattering.

"I mean, usually you're invisible by this age! I"m not trying to prove anything to anyone. When you're younger, it's all about 'look at me.' I'm not trying to get anyone to look at me."
