    The Chiefs are underway in their Super Rugby match against the Jaguares in Rotorua


    The home side is looking to pick up their eight consecutive win of the season.

    The match has just kicked off.



    Tim Price is the best of the Kiwis heading into day two of dressage at the Badminton horse trials.

    Price and Ringwood Sky Boy are sixth, just one point nine penalty points from the lead, while Sir Mark Todd and Leonidas II are in 11th.

    Andrew Nicholson's 18th on Nereo , with Caroline Powell and Dan Jocelyn also in the top 30 on their rides.

    Action gets underway at 8:30pm.



    Kiwi cyclist Sam Bewley expects to have a team-mate on the final podium of the Giro d'Italia.

    He's riding for the Mitchelton-Scott team in the year's first grand tour, which starts with a nine point seven kilometre time trial through the streets of Jerusalem tonight.

    Bewley says they have a strong team built around Esteban Chaves and Simon Yates finishing high in the general classification.



    George Bennett is New Zealand's big overall hope, while Tom Scully is the third Kiwi in the field.



    Breakers coach Kevin Braswell's relationship is already blossoming with his latest signing.

    New big man Majok Majok joins the North Shore club on a one year contract from current Australian Basketball League champions Melbourne United.

    Majok has also linked up with Braswell at the Wellington Saints in the domestic competition.

    Kevin Braswell says it's been a pleasure for both parties so far.



    Kevin Braswell says he doesn't want to comment at the moment what Majok's signing will mean for centre Alex Pledger's future at the club.
