England defence coach Paul Gustard insists there's no management disharmony following his decision to quit

England defence coach Paul Gustard insists there's no disharmony in Eddie Jones' management team following his decision to quit a little over 15 months out from the Rugby World Cup

Gustard is taking up the head coaching role at London based Harlequins and will leave England after the three test series in South Africa.

He has spent two years in the England set up and while critics are questioning the timing of the move, Gustard says Jones is comfortable with his decision.

Wales assistant Shaun Edwards is being touted as a possible replacement for Gustard.
