The Commonwealth Games gold medal winning women's Black Sticks are heading to a penalty shootout after a remarkable fightback against Japan in the Cromwell Tri-Nations

New Zealand trailed 3-1 late in the match before Sam Harrison scored and then Olivia Merry converted a penalty stroke to level the match at 3-all.
The penalty shootout will decide who plays Australia in tomorrow's final.
