Khloe Kardashian feels “motivated” by her daily gym workouts

The 33-year-old reality star welcomed her daughter True into the world two months ago and is now working on regaining her pre-pregnancy figure, and has said she hits the gym every single day in order to make sure she sheds the excess weight as fast as she can

Writing on her app, she said: "It's been so great being back in the gym with my trainer. I'm so motivated to get my body back and I'm feeling stronger every day - and getting closer to my goal!”

The ‘Revenge Body’ star then went on to share her top workout tips with her followers, starting with the importance of sticking to a schedule.

She added: “Coach Joe's already shared all the details about my first post-baby workout, and now he's back to give you guys an update about our fitness strategy.

"You know I like to go into things with a plan and I definitely have a lot of work ahead, but I'm pumped!”

Elsewhere in the post, her personal trainer Joe revealed that he’s focusing on making sure Khloe “reconnects” with her body, and praised her for her “strength”.

He wrote on her post: "She's strong enough to find this motivation in herself and it helps that she knows what she wants!

"The goal right now is not about just one body part or gaining muscle, but more to reconnect with her body, so we're not dedicating a day to a specific part.

"The first month was mostly a reconnection with her body. Of course, she wants to focus on her abs and butt, but right now is more of a preparation for what we're going to do once she's back in LA. Then we can start all the serious work!"
