Ariana Grande has seemingly confirmed she has moved in with Pete Davidson

The 24-year-old singer posted a picture from 'Spongebob Square Pants' on Instagram on Saturday (16.06.18) of the titular yellow sponge cartoon sat in the middle of a room on the floor with no furniture, hinting that following Pete's proposal last week, after weeks of dating, the loved-up pair are now cohabiting

Ariana captioned the post: "Us in our new apartment with no furniture 1 speaker and red vines [sic]"

Meanwhile, it has been reported that 'Saturday Night Live' star Pete and his former girlfriend Cazzie David were "on a break" when he started dating the pop star.

The pair were apparently taking time out from their relationship "but not necessarily broken up for good" when he began pursuing a romance with Ariana last month, and he quickly decided that the 'Dangerous Woman' hitmaker was the one for him, TMZ reported.

Pete, also 24, recently said that getting engaged to the Ariana is better" than he dreamed it would be.

Posting a picture of their hands - including Ariana's engagement ring - on Instagram, he wrote: "u know what you'd dream it be like ? it's better than that (sic)"

And Pete's close friend Nick Cannon revealed last week that the TV star phoned him up prior to getting down on bended knee, to get his pal's seal of approval.

Nick said: "He called before he was going to do it, and I said, 'Salud!' "He was really excited, so I was like, 'I love it, man. Keep it going.' Love is in the air!"

The 37-year-old star will be able to offer Pete plenty of advice as he got married to ex-wife Mariah Carey

    - with whom he has seven-year-old twins Monroe and Moroccan - after just over a month of dating in April 2008.

He said: "To see them together ... and I've been one of those dudes with one of those fantasy, fantastic relationships where you just go off and get married, so I was like, 'Do it.'

"I've congratulated Pete. I haven't spoken to Ariana, but I'm happy for them."
