All Black vice captain Ben Smith believes the high ball contest needs to be looked at by World Rugby

All Black vice captain Ben Smith believes the high ball contest needs to be looked at by World Rugby

The red card issued to French fullback Benjamin Fall in the second test has now been cancelled, with a judicial committee deciding it was dished out in error.

It's been expunged from Fall's record, with a collision with All Blacks centre Anton Lienert-Brown found to have played a mitigating role.

Ben Smith says high ball contests, like the one that saw Fall sent off, have such a small margin of error.
