All Blacks lock Scott Barrett is quick to deflect praise back to the man who dished it out

Coach Steve Hansen labelled Barrett's efforts in the 49-14 win over France in Dunedin as the best of his international career.

Barrett made 17 tackles, took three lineouts and made 10 carries in the performance.

Barrett says Hansen's given him plenty of advice.

He says he's enjoying his rugby and Hansen has helped him back his instincts.

The All Blacks break up and head back to their Super Rugby franchises today.
