A survey by First Union has found 87 percent of respondents felt pressure to sell financial products.
And 92 percent feel the pressure hasn't lessened, and may even have increased, despite promises of change from bosses..

He says workers report feeling a great deal of stress having to meet targets, and ethically compromised by having to push products customers may not necessarily want or need.
