The Alcohol Regulatory and Licensing Authority decided Heff's Hotel had broken the rules one too many times, opting to cancel their license.
Police alcohol harm prevention officer Sergeant Ian Paulin says Heff's history with the Authority goes back to 2012.
He says they dealt with incidents in 2012 and again in 2017 by suspending Heff's licence, and cancellation now is the end of the line.
Past incidents include a brawl at a gang wake, customers drinking on Christmas Day, and an intoxicated bar manager.
