Tori Spelling has claimed her baby son was "stabbed" by nails at the Four Seasons Hotel this week

The 45-year-old reality TV star asked her fans whether her 15-month-old son Beau needs to have a tetanus injection after he stood on "four exposed nails" while they were staying at the luxury hotel

Taking to her Instagram Story on Tuesday (10.07.18), she wrote: "We are a @fourseasons family like even before my 1st was born (who's 11) and bc of a house situation we are of course staying with them. But in the kids arcade room my 15 month old got stabbed by 4 exposed nails that shouldn't have been there and all that was done was 'Is he ok?' An obligatory check in and not till they realized who's [sic] child it happened too. So wrong on many levels. And I never call anything out! Not my style. But, not cool @fourseasons! Does he need a tetanus shot? (sic)"

Despite her panic, Tori's representative has told PEOPLE that her son is "doing OK now."

A spokesperson for Four Seasons has said that the "well-being" of their guests is their "top priority."

They said in a statement: "At Four Seasons the well-being of our guests is our top priority. The team was in touch with Ms. Spelling throughout her stay. Out of respect for the privacy of our guests we do not share information about our guests or their time with us."

Tori hasn't had the easiest of times recently as a few months ago the police were called to the Woodland Hills home she shares with her husband Dean McDermott, with whom she also has kids Liam, 11, Stella, 10, Hattie, six, and Finn, five, following a "domestic" but "non violent" incident.

A source said at the time: "The last year has been really tough on Tori. She has a ton of pressure and stress, with the kids, work and her marriage.

"[She] internalises a lot of her anxiety and she knows it's not healthy for her. Of course, she's going to get to a breaking point eventually. Tori and Dean have their ups and downs but they love each other and family is most important to both of them."
