Kieran Read and Ryan Crotty left the field in the win over the Blues with wrist and thumb injuries respectively.
Crusaders coach Scott Robertson hopes both will be fine to meet the Sharks on Saturday.
The Hurricanes and Chiefs play the first quarter on Friday night in Wellington, with the Waratahs hosting the Highlanders on Saturday night in Sydney before the Lions play host to the Jaguares in Johannesburg on Sunday morning.
