Sharks winger Sione Katoa strolled over the line in the 57th minute, despite touch judge Ricky MacFarlane raising his flag to gain the attention of referee Bernard Sutton.
The Raiders players appeared to stop defending once the flag was raised.
An NRL spokesperson confirmed the try will be reviewed after the referees bunker overturned the on-field decision of 'no try'.
