    Two men have been arrested in relation to the murder of Ngaruawahia man Mitchell Paterson


    A 36-year-old man was arrested last night in Paeroa, and will face charges of murder and kidnapping.

    A 27-year-old man was also arrested, and is charged with being an accessory after the fact.

    Mitchell Paterson's body was found under the McLaren Falls Bridge on the thirteenth of July.

    His family say he was a hard-working and well-loved father and son, with a heart of gold.

    Waikato police say the 26-year-old was beaten to death.
