    Mitch Nichols is coming to Wellington with a point to prove


    Nichols and fellow former Socceroos attacker David Williams are the latest two additions to head coach Mark Rudan's squad for the new A-League season.

    It's Nichols fourth A-League club, with his last deal with Perth Glory ending early due to family reasons.

    He was last year caught with cocaine in a Sydney nightclub, earning a four-game A-League ban but insists that's in the past.

    He says in the past he's made a mistake, but he won't let it define him.
