The electricity sector says our prices are below average for the OECD but admits it could do better

The Electricity Pricing Review has found households are paying nearly 80 percent more for power now, than in 1990 - while commercial prices have dropped 24 percent.
Electricity Networks Association chief executive Graeme Peters says the sector has a great future because we're going to be electrifying cars and reducing emissions.
He says they don't want to muck that up.
Peters says they need to have a look at the allocation of costs between residential and industrial.
