    Tom Walsh knows there's no room for complacency with Jacko Gill breathing down his neck


    Walsh has defended his Commonwealth Games shot put title, heaving 22.26 metres in Birmingham, while Gill took silver with a personal best throw of 21.90 metres.

    Walsh says having two strong New Zealand throwers is great for the sport.
