    More fire restrictions for the West Coast, as hot and dry conditions turns the region brown


    All outdoor fires are now totally banned in Inland Buller, and all existing fire permits have been suspended.

    Fire and Emergency West Coast District Manager Myles Taylor says fire risk is very high, and there's no significant rain forecast to bring relief.

    The rest of the region remains in a Restricted Fire Season.
