Frustration in Hamilton, as youths continue to use public washing machines to get high

14 young people have been seen climbing into or behind the machines at the city's Double Bubble laundromat, to huff deodorant.

The business's owner says they get so high, some pass out or spit blood.

He says in the month since this started, he has contacted police, the school, and his local MP -- but has now reached a dead end.

He believes those involved are between eight and 12-years-old.

Police have been approached for comment.
