Nearly 100 Christchurch roads could be on the city's cruising ban

Proposed changes to the Cruising and Prohibited Times on Roads bylaw will be presented to the city council tomorrow.
It includes adding 16 new roads to the register, in Hornby, Sockburn and near the airport.
The bylaw was last updated in 2014.
Hornby Councillor Mark Peters says this is a crucial tool for Police.
He says they need to do everything they can to put a stop to the antisocial behaviour causing havoc in Hornby.
