New Zealand sailors have missed the medals at the Olympic test event off the coast of Marseille, but six of the nine crews finished inside the top-10

George Gautrey delivered the best result with fourth in the Laser.

Isaac McHardie and William McKenzie came fifth in the 49er, as did Micah Wilkinson and Erica Dawson in the Nacra 17.

Wilkinson says one flat outing proved costly.



Veerle ten Have and Josh Armit came sixth and ninth in the windfoil respectively.

Justina Kitchen was also ninth in the kitefoil.
